Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. You forward your business line to your SteadyRing number, and Rick answers whenever you want it to.
What if Rick can't help a caller?
It takes a message with the caller's name, number, and what they need, or puts the call straight through to you, depending on how you set things up.
Can I change how Rick answers?
Any time. Change your hours, services, greeting, or FAQs in Business settings and the update reaches your AI receptionist automatically.
Do I need an online calendar?
Only if you want Rick to book appointments itself. Connect Cal.com and it books straight onto your calendar. Without one, it takes a message so you can confirm a time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, online: open Billing in your account and choose Cancel subscription. There are no contracts. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
